Product description
The LED module consists of a 5 mm LED with integrated current limiting and is connected via an XH2.54 connector. The three-pin connection enables operation on digital outputs of microcontroller boards such as Arduino or Raspberry Pi, without additional series resistors.
The LED lights up when current flows from the signal pin to ground. Current limiting is already implemented in the module, so a direct connection without calculations or external resistors is sufficient. The module is suitable for signaling, status displays in circuits, or visual feedback for processes and states.
The XH2.54 connector ensures reliable contacts and enables quick connections without soldering. The module fits into project setups where multiple inputs and outputs come together on one circuit board. Equipment such as robot chassis, measuring stations, or automation projects use such modules for immediate status indication.
Operation is at 5 V or 3.3 V, depending on the board voltage. No calibration is required for programming; only the digital pin used for switching needs to be defined in the code. No additional purchases are necessary.
Safety information
This module is intended exclusively for building prototypes and for testing and development purposes, not for installation in the household electrical circuit. When working on or near electrical installations, a qualified electrician must be consulted.
