Product Description

The peristaltic pump doses liquids by displacing them through an elastic hose. Two rollers compress the hose in a wave-like motion, transporting the medium from the inlet to the outlet. This operating principle requires no valves and is therefore also suitable for liquids containing air bubbles or granular substances.

It operates with a supply voltage of 12 V or 24 V and achieves a flow rate of 600 ml/min at 24 V. The speed, and therefore the flow rate, can be adjusted continuously, enabling precise dosing. Since the hose is driven directly without auxiliary components, separate pressure regulation is not required.

Applications include laboratory automation, aquarium control for demand-based feeding or water treatment, dosing processes in food production, and transfer tasks in production lines. The design with connection threads fits into existing pipelines.

Operation requires a power supply of at least 12 V, typically from a separate power adapter. Optimum flow rate is achieved at 24 V. The maximum temperature of the pumped medium is 60 degrees Celsius; higher temperatures or aggressive chemicals will shorten the service life of the hose.
