Product description
The switching power supply converts the standard household AC voltage of 230 V into a regulated DC voltage of 12 V. With an output power of 10 W, it supplies up to 833 mA and powers electronic circuits in the 12 V range. The device is suitable for continuous operation in industrial and laboratory environments, as well as for developing and testing prototypes.
Protection class II provides reinforced insulation between the hazardous 230 V mains supply and the output side, meaning that no additional protective conductor is required. An internal fuse mechanism protects the device against overload. The compact DIN rail design allows mounting on the DIN rail in control cabinets or installation distribution boards without additional mounting hardware.
The power supply is suitable for powering 12 V electronics in control cabinets, such as signal devices or control modules. In prototype setups, for example, it can power several microcontroller boards simultaneously. In laboratory automation, it reliably supplies power to measurement and control circuits in the 12 V range.
No separate connection module for the power supply is required. Connection to the mains supply must be carried out by a qualified electrician. The maximum output power of 10 W must be taken into account when dimensioning the overall setup, as must the permissible current of 833 mA per consumer.
