Product Description

A humidity sensor with an XH2.54 connector simultaneously measures humidity and temperature. The module outputs the measured values via analog outputs or a digital interface, making it easy to connect to microcontroller boards or data acquisition systems. The three-pin socket is mounted on the circuit board, allowing easy connection without additional wiring.

The sensor requires no calibration because it is adjusted at the factory. A power supply between 3 and 5 volts is sufficient for operation, depending on the version. Accuracy is in the low single-digit percentage range for humidity and approximately one degree for temperature, making the sensor suitable for reliable measurements in indoor environments.

Example applications include climate monitoring in server rooms or storage facilities, indoor climate control in offices and homes, humidity management in stored goods, and monitoring incubators or terrariums. The module is also used in portable environmental measurement kits.

The analog or digital output is selected according to the connected devices; boards with a different operating voltage may require a level shifter between the sensor and the control board. Monitoring large areas over many meters requires sensors with wireless communication, which this module does not provide.
