Product description
The holder secures 5 mm LEDs in an upright position and makes it easier to assemble PCBs. It is especially helpful when soldering by hand, as it keeps the LED stable in place while leaving both hands free for the soldering iron and solder.
The plastic part slides over the LED leads and is secured through the mounting hole in the PCB. After soldering, the holder can be easily removed and reused for the next component.
It is particularly helpful for repeated assembly processes or prototypes where several LEDs need to be soldered at equal intervals. Workflows become faster and alignment errors are avoided.
No power supply is required for operation. The holder is used exclusively to mechanically secure the LED during assembly.
