Grove soil moisture sensor - analog measurement with 2 probes

This Grove sensor can measure soil moisture for plants, for example. The soil moisture sensor consists of two probes that allow current to flow through the soil and then determine resistance values to measure the soil moisture content. This can be used, for example, to determine whether plants in the garden need to be watered or to automate plant watering. The sensor is very easy to use: simply insert it into the soil and read the output using an ADC.
