Product description
The module converts the minimal voltages of a Type K thermocouple into a linear analog signal. Thermocouple amplifiers of this type typically process only millivolt signals, which is why an amplifier stage is necessary. Cold-junction compensation automatically detects the reference temperature, eliminating the need for manual calibration or an external reference junction.
The 0–5 V output voltage range is compatible with standard ADC inputs on common microcontroller boards. This allows temperatures to be converted directly into sensor readings. The amplifier module operates with 3.3 V or 5 V logic and can be connected to common development boards.
Applications include high-temperature process monitoring in industry and skilled trades (ovens, furnaces, melting systems), material testing in laboratory environments, and temperature measurement in thermal experiments.
