Product description

The trimmer capacitor is an adjustable capacitor with rotary adjustment, primarily suitable for fine-tuning oscillators, filters, and resonant circuits. The capacitance can be adjusted variably by turning the shaft, enabling adjustment work without replacing components.

Thanks to its compact size, the module fits on densely populated circuit boards and allows compact circuit designs. The rotary adjustment enables precise capacitance tuning in the 40 pF range without additional measuring equipment. This makes adjustment work on RF circuits, radio receivers, or experimental LC filters possible.

A wiper tool or a narrow flat-head screwdriver is required for adjustment, along with a test device or measuring instrument to check the desired frequency or attenuation. The circuit should be de-energized during installation to prevent wear on the wiper.
