Product description
The STM32F103C6T6 microcontroller is mounted on this compact board, with its connections accessible via two opposing pin headers. The ARM Cortex-M3 core operates at up to 72 MHz and provides 32 KB of Flash memory for code and 10 KB of RAM for runtime operation. If more space is needed later, the chip can be replaced with the pin-compatible model featuring 64 KB of Flash, without modifying the board.
Power is supplied via USB-C or through external pins with 3.3 V or 5 V. An integrated regulator converts external 5 V inputs to the required 3.3 V, as the chip itself operates at this voltage level. Two red buttons on the board enable a reset and boot mode switching, which is convenient for quick programming during development.
Communication is handled via two I2C and two SPI interfaces, three USART ports for serial connections, a USB port and CAN bus compatibility. Four analog inputs are available for connecting sensors. This variety makes the board suitable for both simple control tasks and more demanding projects, from motor control and USB device emulation to bus communication in industrial systems.
A separate 4-pin SWD connector at the edge of the board connects directly to a debugger and enables programming and step-by-step debugging without a bootloader. Programming is carried out with a development environment that supports STM32 microcontrollers, such as STM32CubeIDE or the Arduino IDE with the STM32 core.
Safety notice
The board is not intended for connection to the mains power supply. It is intended exclusively for building prototypes and for testing and development purposes. Work on or near electrical installations is reserved for qualified electricians; if you are unsure about the power supply, consult a qualified electrician before commissioning.
