Product Description
This development board features an STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller with an ARM Cortex-M3 core operating at 72 MHz. The board is a minimum system on which the controller is equipped with two crystal oscillators, the necessary power supply circuits, and pin headers for the GPIO pins. The USB Type-C connector provides both power and data transfer, reducing the number of cables required.
The STM32F103C8T6 offers two 12-bit ADCs, three 16-bit timers with PWM functions, two I2C and SPI interfaces, three USARTs, and one USB and one CAN interface. This enables both simple digital inputs and outputs and more complex serial connections to sensors, displays, or other devices. An 8 MHz crystal supplies the main clock, while a 32.768 kHz crystal drives the real-time clock. Programming and debugging are performed via the 4-pin SWD connector, while two buttons enable switching between normal operation and bootloader mode without jumpers.
The board is suitable for embedded development, experimenting with ARM Cortex-M3 systems, and use as a core module for custom circuit designs or carrier boards with a matching pin pitch. The unpopulated pin headers allow the connectors to be soldered individually according to the project.
Operation requires a USB Type-C cable, a development environment with STM32 support such as STM32CubeIDE or the Arduino IDE with the STM32 board package, and an SWD programmer such as ST-Link for debugging. The microcontroller operates at 2.0 to 3.6 V, allowing it to be powered via the USB connector.
Safety Notice
The board is intended exclusively for building prototypes and for testing and development purposes and is not intended for installation in household electrical circuits. Work on or near electrical installations must be carried out by qualified electricians. If you are unsure about the correct supply voltage or connection method, consult a qualified electrician before commissioning.
