Product description

This rotary potentiometer with a total resistance of 50 kOhm serves as a voltage divider in analog circuits and measuring instruments. The 15 mm shaft fits standard potentiometer knobs and enables ergonomic operation without additional tools. The double-row pin header on the back allows direct insertion into breadboards or plug-in boards without having to solder wires.

The wiper moves across the resistive track and outputs a voltage proportional to the input voltage at the wiper connection. With three accessible connections, the potentiometer can be used both as a voltage divider and as a variable resistor. The double-row plug connection significantly reduces wiring effort.

The potentiometer is used in analog circuit training for beginners as well as in the calibration of measuring amplifiers or as a manual control input in simple robotics projects. In sound experiments with audio amplifiers, it serves as a volume control; in lighting controls, as a brightness adjustment.
