Product description
A peristaltic dosing pump with silicone tubing transports liquids through controlled wave-like movements and is suitable for laboratory automation, aquarium systems, irrigation systems, and chemical processing plants. With a flow rate of up to 90 ml/min, the pump is sufficient for many applications with low to medium flow rates.
The peristaltic principle deforms the tubing in waves, pushing the liquid forward. This design completely separates the transported liquid from the pump mechanism, eliminating contamination caused by wear and allowing aggressive or viscous substances to be pumped. The silicone tubing withstands temperatures within the normal range and can be replaced later.
The flow rate is controlled via a PWM signal or external voltage adjustment, depending on the version, which enables integration into automated processes. Hoses with a 6 mm outer diameter can be connected; adapting the connections is necessary for other diameters. The pump operates at 12 V DC and therefore requires a suitable power supply; reducing the voltage proportionally reduces the flow rate.

This pump is not intended for pumping drinking water or food under fully sterile conditions. It is intended exclusively for prototypes, testing, and development purposes. When operating with chemically aggressive liquids, ensure that the tubing and all wetted parts are resistant to the respective substance.
