Product description
This charger is based on the TP4056 chip and charges lithium-ion batteries safely and reliably. The 5 V input voltage is supplied via a standard USB port or a suitable wall adapter, ensuring flexible power supply.
The device charges a single lithium cell with a constant current of up to 1 A and automatically adjusts the charging current during the final phase. The integrated protection circuit protects the battery against overcharging and overcurrent, extending its service life and preventing charging errors. This provides a clear safety advantage over manual charging control.
Two LEDs clearly indicate the charging progress. The first LED indicates active charging, while the second lights up when the cell is fully charged. No additional monitoring is therefore required. Applications include portable devices with USB batteries, such as small tools or sensors, LED lights with lithium batteries, and development projects with rechargeable energy storage systems.
A USB cable or a wall adapter with a 5 V output voltage is required for use. The device is intended exclusively for lithium-ion batteries with a nominal voltage of 3.6 to 4.2 V; other battery types must not be connected. The battery terminals can be clearly distinguished by their polarity markings.
