Product Description
The system is not about trying out individual components in isolation. Instead, students should understand how sensors, actuators, data processing, and networking interact - just as they do in real smart home installations. This starts with the basics and ends with complex, networked systems.
The ESP32 is at the center. It can be programmed using Arduino IDE, MicroPython, or MakeCode - depending on the course level and preferences. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for networking are built in. The system also works entirely without a server, but anyone who wants to teach serious home automation can integrate it with Home Assistant. Learners then have a real, professional system in front of them: writing automations, building dashboards, and controlling everything centrally via a Home Assistant server.
