Product description
This robotic arm is suitable for beginners and school projects focused on hands-on learning about warehouse management or automation technology. With a reach of 320 mm and a payload of up to 500 g, it handles typical tasks such as moving objects between storage positions or performing simple assembly operations.
Programming is done via a graphical interface without prior knowledge or with Blockly and Python, depending on the learner's progress. The included robotic arm with integrated electric gripper is controlled via the controller system. The learning module provides predefined scenarios for warehouse simulation, pallet changes, sorting tasks with multiple containers and picking according to order lists. Those who want to explore basic concepts themselves can also program their own motion sequences.
Typical projects include simulating a small warehouse system with multiple positions, handling workpieces by material or color, or carrying out order preparation under real time pressure. The working area limits of approximately 320 mm in all directions determine the project size; larger systems require multi-axis systems.
Operation requires a 100–240 V power connection; the system is delivered ready to use. No electrical engineering knowledge is required. Those who want to use Blockly or Python work with the included software and need a PC or tablet with internet access for the programming environment.
Safety information
The robotic arm performs movements that can cause crushing injuries if it comes into contact with fingers or loose objects. Keep hands and long hair away from the working area. The system is not intended for installation in the household power circuit and is exclusively for teaching, testing and development purposes. Work on or in the immediate vicinity of the electrical installation must be carried out by qualified electricians; if you have questions about the correct power supply, consult a qualified electrician before commissioning.
