Product Description
This mount connects a Magician robotic arm to a conveyor belt, enabling automated material handling scenarios. The conveyor belt is mounted directly to the arm's tool interface, allowing pick-and-place tasks to be performed with continuously available workpieces.
The mount uses the Magician's standardized quick-change interface. It requires no modification of the robot and can be installed without tools. This eliminates the need for extensive conversion work when switching between different application scenarios.
Typical applications include loading assembly lines, sorting parts, or preparing workpieces for downstream processes. For example, a Magician could pick up components from one conveyor belt, rotate them, and place them on a second belt while it continues running in parallel.
Operation requires a Magician robot with the corresponding interface, a suitable conveyor belt, and the associated control system. The mount itself does not provide any control logic for the belt.
