Product description
This submersible pump with a 12 V DC connection pumps water as well as low-viscosity oils. Its brushed DC motor drives an integrated centrifugal pump that can handle up to 600 litres per hour at a maximum delivery head of five metres. This makes the pump suitable for applications where liquids need to be moved over short to medium distances or pumped to low heights.
Applications include draining and transferring tank fluids, water circulation in cooling or humidification systems, and pumping oil in lubrication or circulation systems. The pump also works reliably in garden wastewater applications, provided that the liquid temperature remains between zero and 80 degrees Celsius. Motor performance decreases at higher or lower temperatures.
Power is supplied by an external 12 V DC source; a suitable power supply must be purchased separately. The pressure connections have a diameter of ten millimetres and accept standard hose nipples, but not threaded connections. Before operation, the pump must be completely purged of air to ensure pressure build-up and pumping performance.
