Product description
The XT90H F is a high-current connector with a female contact, designed for applications with up to 90 A. The solder tab enables direct installation on printed circuit boards without additional cable ends, eliminating material and assembly effort.
The gold-plated contacts ensure low contact resistance and reliable current transmission, even with frequent plugging and unplugging. The cover reliably protects the connector against accidental contact and short circuits during storage and transport.
This connector system is used in high-performance battery packs for model making and robotics, in high-current battery management systems, and in portable power supplies with power requirements starting at around 50 A. Typical applications include LiPo battery packs for unmanned aerial vehicles and cordless tools.
The solder tab requires suitable soldering equipment, as the power contacts conduct significant amounts of heat. The connector is compatible only with matching XT90 sockets and is not supplied with an adapter cable.
Safety information
The cover must be removed before plugging in the connector. Soldering work must be carried out carefully to avoid damaging the insulating material. When used in high-current systems, work on electrical circuits must be performed by qualified electricians; if you are unsure about safe wiring, consult a qualified electrician before commissioning.
