Product Description
The washing machine robotics learning module teaches robot arm programming and control using a practical model. Compatible with Dobot series and Universal Robots platforms, it replicates the complete operating sequence of an automatic washing machine, from loading through the wash cycle to the spin phase.
The module integrates three sensors that continuously provide data during operation: drum speed detection, water-level measurement, and door-switch status. These inputs make it possible to develop control logic that triggers different robot actions depending on the cycle. This makes it possible to train the movement script of a real washing machine.
In robotics training projects, the module is used to teach conditional sequences. The robot waits for signals, responds to sensor states, and coordinates multistep processes in real time. This prepares users for automation tasks in which handling and process control must work together.
Operation requires a compatible robot arm system and a computer with ROS or the corresponding manufacturer's software (Dobot Studio, Polyscope). Power is supplied via the mount with a 5-V USB connection; a standard USB power supply is required. The module is delivered in a calibrated condition and requires no replacement sensors or additional materials for training use.
Safety Notice
This learning module is intended exclusively for prototyping, testing, and development purposes with robotics systems. Moving parts can cause crushing or cutting injuries during operation; maintain sufficient distance during programming and testing. Work on the electrical installation or integration into production systems must be carried out by qualified electricians; consult a qualified electrician if you have questions about commissioning.
