Product Description
This power bank stores energy in a 2600-mAh battery and powers microcontroller projects and small robots via a 5 V USB-A output. The built-in battery is charged via a Micro-USB input, and the charging cable is included.
The 5 V output voltage connects directly to standard USB ports on development boards and motor controllers. With 2600 mAh, typical robot projects run for several hours, depending on the setup’s power consumption. This is especially useful for mobile applications, eliminating the need for a power outlet or power banks with higher output voltages that would require a voltage converter.
Integrated short-circuit protection prevents damage while experimenting. This is useful when building circuits, where wires can briefly touch during wiring. The cylindrical aluminum housing makes the device sturdy and easy to pack in project backpacks or mount on robot frames.
To use it, simply charge it with the included Micro-USB cable using a power adapter or USB port. For projects that run regularly, allow for the discharge time, as the power bank will discharge itself after a few hours when not connected.
Safety Notice
The power bank is not intended for connection to household mains and is suitable only for building prototypes and for testing and development purposes. Do not use the power bank if the housing or connectors are damaged or show signs of wear. Consult a qualified electrician about integrating it into more complex systems before use.
