Product Description

This diaphragm vacuum pump generates negative pressure using an oscillating diaphragm and connects directly to 12 V DC power sources. It is suitable for applications requiring low vacuum levels, such as picking up lightweight objects or evacuating cavities on a laboratory and prototype scale.

The diaphragm moves approximately 600 to 800 times per minute, conveying air out of the target space. With a maximum vacuum of 80 kPa, its performance is sufficient for many practical tasks without creating a high vacuum. The flow rate can be controlled using a throttle device, allowing the pump to adapt to different pressure requirements.

In model making, it can hold lightweight parts during processing; in prototype systems, it can control valves or extract liquid splashes; and in measurement technology, it can generate defined vacuum levels. Wherever 80 kPa is sufficient, the pump performs its task reliably.

A 12 V power source is required for operation, such as a power supply or battery with sufficient current capacity. The hoses with a 6 mm inner diameter must be purchased separately. High ambient temperatures above 40 °C or continuous operation without breaks may reduce the service life.
