Product Description
A linear actuator converts rotary motion into linear lifting movements. The device operates at 6 V DC and is suitable for automation tasks where space-saving solutions are required. An appropriate external power source must be provided for the 6 V power supply; direct connection to 5 V or 12 V systems then requires additional components.
With a thrust force of up to 128 N and a 7 mm stroke, the actuator produces fast lifting movements, for example to operate slides or trigger mechanical locks. The compact design allows installation in confined spaces, such as in models of automation systems or experimental robotics fixtures. Repeated extension and retraction is possible without wear to the mechanics or control system.
The actuator requires a PWM-capable or switching 6 V power supply and a switching module for control if it is to be controlled by a microcontroller board. Note the maximum force of 128 N; more powerful actuators are required for heavy loads or larger strokes.
Safety Information
Ensure correct polarity when wiring; reverse polarity will damage the actuator. The module is intended exclusively for building prototypes and for testing and development purposes, and is not suitable for connection to household mains. Work on or near electrical installations must be carried out by qualified electricians; consult a qualified electrician before commissioning if anything is unclear.
