Product Description
Magnetic screw tray organizes small metal parts during disassembly and repairs. The steel plate with an integrated permanent magnet reliably holds screws, nuts, and rivets in place, preventing anything from falling onto the workbench or floor. The 30 mm high side wall prevents parts from falling off the sides.
The matte surface, measuring 145 * 100 mm, provides space for approximately 50 to 100 screws and fastening parts, depending on their size. Larger parts or particularly heavy assemblies require more space and cannot be stored here. The magnet only works with ferrous metals; plastic parts, copper, stainless steel screws, and aluminum are not held in place.
When disassembling devices, motors, or electronic assemblies, things can quickly become confusing when screws of different sizes are mixed together. This mat sorts them by removal location and keeps each part correctly assigned to its assembly. It is also useful when inserting components into soldering holes, when numerous components need to be temporarily stored.
No tools or additional equipment are required for operation. The tray folds flat and takes up hardly any space during transport or in a drawer.
