Barrel Filling Learning Module for DOBOT Magician - 2 barrels, 2 lids

Filling and packaging products are important tasks in the field of industrial robotics. This learning module allows users to set up a training scenario for filling and moving model barrels.

The learning module is ideal for beginners to learn the basic functions of robots and deepen their understanding of how to work with them. With two barrels, two lids, and four holders for barrels or lids, realistic tasks involving gripping, moving, filling, transporting, and placing objects can be simulated. The learning module is designed to let learners follow and optimize the entire process, from programming to precise execution.

Thanks to its flexible concept, the learning module can be specifically integrated into lessons and training sessions, promoting application-oriented learning in robotics and automation.
Of course, the components of the "Barrel Filling" learning module are also compatible with the Funduino Workspace. Each element is precisely tailored to the Workspace's hole grid. This ensures that a programmed sequence always works perfectly and all parts are positioned exactly. Even when the entire workspace is dismantled and set up again.

2x barrel

- Barrel outer dimensions: height approx. 95 mm, diameter 62 mm

- Barrel inner dimensions: height approx. 87 mm, diameter 55 mm

2x barrel lid

- Easy centering. The inside is tapered so that the lid is centered on the barrel even with slightly imprecise movement. 

- There is a clip on the inside of the lid. Applying light pressure to the lid locks it into the barrel. This allows the entire barrel to be lifted by the lid using a suction cup after the lid has been put on. 

4x tray

- The trays are compatible with barrels and lids. This means each barrel and each lid has its own tray.

- The trays are stackable. This makes it possible to store the lids in a tower.

- The trays have a straight outer edge in four places, so they can also be lifted and repositioned by a robot gripper.
