Product description
This signal light combines visual and audible signaling for switchgear and control cabinets as well as industrial applications. Red and green indicate two operating states via independently controllable LEDs, while the integrated alarm tone attracts additional attention when required. Control is provided via a DC connection with 12 V to 24 V; power and signal lines are galvanically isolated.
The red and green LEDs consume little energy and are particularly durable thanks to LED technology. When required, the alarm tone provides additional audible signaling and can be switched on and off selectively, for example via a relay or a suitable switching module. The IP65 protection rating protects against dust and water jets, which means the signal light can also be used in more demanding environments such as workshops or warehouses.
Typical applications include indicating operating states in machines and systems, such as running and stopped, signaling process errors in automation technology, or displaying different states in industrial control and monitoring systems.
Suitable 12 V to 24 V DC power source is required for operation. The alarm tone's switching load should be controlled via a relay output or a separate switching module when using a motor controller or microcontroller board with limited output current. The conductor cross-sections must be rated for the operating voltage and the total load.
