Product Description
The cable connects two 5-pin JST XH connectors and is typically used to supply power to battery holders, battery packs, or power supplies with receiver or controller boards. The 2.54 mm pitch is standard for drone power distribution boards, LiPo chargers, and similar systems.
At 20 cm long, the cable offers sufficient flexibility for compact setups without creating unnecessary excess cable length. The 0.2 mm² cross-sectional area is designed for currents of up to approximately 2 A, making it suitable for small batteries, LED driver boards, or sensor power supplies in hobby applications. The female connectors at both ends allow connection to male plugs, but make direct connection to solder pads or bare wire ends more difficult.
The cable is used in drone builds as well as battery-powered robots, portable measuring devices, and prototype power distribution systems. It is also suitable for extending power cables that are too short or for flexibly switching between different power sources.
It can only be used when both connection sides have JST XH female connectors. Longer cables or other connectors must be sourced separately. For higher continuous currents (above 2 A), thicker wires should be used to prevent voltage drops and overheating.
