Product Description
This connector cable connects components via a JST-XH connector with female contacts. The 3-pin version, with a length of 20 cm, is suitable for connections between sensor modules, battery packs, and controllers in prototype setups. The standard 2.54 mm pitch enables direct connection to common pin headers and header connectors found on development boards and modules.
The JST-XH connector consists of gold-plated contacts in a form-fitting plastic housing with a locking mechanism. This prevents accidental disconnection caused by vibration and ensures reliable contact. Each of the three poles can carry up to 3 A, which is sufficient for most sensor and actuator applications. No calibration or configuration is required; the cable works as soon as it is plugged in.
The cable is useful wherever multipole signals or power supplies need to be connected quickly without spending time soldering. Typical applications include powering module batteries, connecting multiple sensors to controllers, or wiring LED strips in prototype projects.
A compatible female counterpart with a JST-XH pin header on the receiving side is required. For high-current applications exceeding 3 A per wire, thicker wire gauges are required, which are not compatible with this connector.
