Product Description
This adapter cable connects devices and modules with JST-XH2.54 connectors to development boards and sensors with DUPONT connectors. The three 24 AWG conductors transmit signals and power without soldering. The cable bridges compatibility gaps between two widely used connector systems.
The JST-XH2.54 side fits into compact connectors, while the DUPONT side fits the standard pin headers on microcontroller boards and experimental shields. The 24 AWG conductor can safely carry up to approximately 3 A per wire, making it suitable for signal lines and low to moderate power supply applications. Molded connector heads improve resistance to twisting and reduce loose contacts.
The cable can be used wherever sensors or actuators with JST connectors need to be connected to boards fitted with DUPONT connectors, for example when operating humidity or air quality sensors on standard development boards. It can also be used to connect battery pack connectors to charge controllers with DUPONT outputs, without requiring new wiring.
The 150 cm length allows flexible routing in project assemblies. No additional components are required; the cable is ready for immediate use. However, permanent installations in fixed assemblies require sufficient space in the housing.
