Product Description
This microswitch is suitable wherever compact switching mechanisms need to be integrated into existing systems. The horizontally mounted contact system enables flexible placement on circuit boards and housings without requiring additional adapters.
The switching principle is based on mechanical contact switching. The contact arrangement allows direct mounting on standard circuit boards, enabling rapid prototypes as well as test and development assemblies without modifications.
Typical applications include door switches in housings, limit switches for moving assemblies, switching logic in test setups, and sensors for measuring stations. One specific example is monitoring folding mechanisms, where the switch reliably detects the state.
Since the switch is supplied unassembled, soldering tools and the appropriate skills are required. In addition, the current load must be checked against the permissible contact rating to prevent wear.
