Product Description
A brushless high-performance fan operates at 24 V DC and enables precise airflow in prototypes and test setups. Because there is no mechanical commutation and the fan is electronically controlled, brush wear and the associated need for regular maintenance are eliminated.
The fan achieves airflow rates of up to 140 m³/h at maximum speeds of 6,500 rpm. Operating noise starts at just 23 dB(A) and increases with the speed. Airflow is regulated using PWM signals from a microcontroller, which saves energy and allows heat generation to be controlled.
Applications include active cooling of power electronics in test benches, ventilation of housings for sensitive sensors, and air circulation in compact test chambers. In robotics prototypes that generate heat, the fan stabilizes operating temperatures without additional heat sinks.
Operation requires a regulated 24 V power supply with sufficient current capacity; refer to the datasheet for the exact current consumption. PWM signals require a compatible microcontroller or control module. The fan should be protected from contamination to prevent the blades from becoming blocked.
