Product description

This connecting plate joins two 2020 aluminum profiles at a right angle or in alignment. It fits into the T-slots of the 20 mm cross-section and can be secured with threaded inserts or screws. As a galvanized steel plate, it resists corrosion and wear.

The plate has four mounting holes arranged centrally on a 20 mm grid. Depending on the application, M4 or M5 through-bolts or threaded inserts can be used. The T-slot inserts slide into the slot and are bolted from below, so the profile end does not need to be accessible.

Typical applications include building frames, mounts, or structures in mechanical engineering, factory automation, and laboratory setups. In aluminum framing systems, complex right-angled structures can be created quickly without welding. The dimensions and galvanized surface are also suitable for environments with high humidity.

The module requires threaded inserts (M4 or M5) or suitable screws, as well as an appropriate fastening tool. The load-bearing capacity depends on the profile material, the bolted connection, and the load distribution.
