Product description

This ceramic capacitor stores small amounts of charge at higher voltages. With a capacitance of 47 pF and a rated voltage of 50 V, the component is suitable for high-frequency applications, filter stages, and decoupling tasks in analog circuits where minimal capacitance is required.

The X7R-type ceramic ensures that the capacitance remains stable across a wide temperature range from minus 55 to plus 125 degrees Celsius. This eliminates deviations caused by thermal fluctuations in many operating scenarios.

In high-frequency technology, the component serves as a blocking element between high-frequency and DC components, for example in signal transmission or oscillator circuits. In decoupling circuits for digital logic, the small capacitance also helps suppress high-frequency interference.
