Product description

This aluminum bracket enables secure, vibration-dampening mounting of gear motors. The material combines low weight with sufficient rigidity. A plastic buffer between the motor and bracket reduces vibrations when the drive is running.

The bracket connects to the motor shaft via an M3 threaded hole and is screwed to the target assembly using four additional M3 threaded holes. It is designed for gear motors with a Ø 6 mm shaft output, as commonly used in robotics and mechanical engineering. The motor type and mounting surface must meet these dimensions.

Applications include mounting in mobile robots, model vehicles, and lightweight drive mechanisms. One specific example is the wheel hub of a wheeled robot, where four identical brackets hold the motors in a stable position.

In addition to this bracket, a motor-specific power supply is required for operation. Mounting hardware such as screws (M3) and, if necessary, washers must be purchased separately.
