Product Description
Breadboard connection cables connect components and terminal strips on breadboards without soldering. The 10-centimeter length covers typical distances on standard boards, which saves space, especially in densely populated circuits. The 40 pieces are sufficient for multi-component setups or replacing worn contacts.
One end of the cable has a plug (male), while the other has a female connector, making it suitable for connecting components with rigid leads or linking breadboard rows. The insulated plastic sleeve is color-coded, allowing colors to be assigned according to the circuit diagram and keeping the wiring organized.
Suitable for test setups with microcontroller boards, prototyping sensor circuits, or connecting power supply and ground. A typical scenario is an Arduino-compatible board mounted on the breadboard, with its connection pins wired to sensor and actuator rows using the male-to-female cables.
Only a standard breadboard is required for use. The contacts are designed for up to approximately 5,000 insertion cycles and will then wear out; replacement cables are available for this purpose.
Safety Information
These cables are intended exclusively for building prototypes and for testing and development purposes and are not suitable for installation in household electrical circuits. They are not sufficiently insulated for operating voltages above 36 volts. Work on or near electrical installations must be carried out by qualified electricians; if in doubt, consult a qualified electrician before commissioning.
