Prepayment by bank transfer
After placing your order, you’ll receive our bank details by email. We’ll ship your order once we’ve received your payment.

We process these payment methods through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Klarna’s additional terms and conditions, which are shown during checkout, also apply.
Purchase on account (available after approval only)
You can only purchase on account if we’ve approved your customer account for this payment method. We’ll need proof from you.
Schools and other educational institutions
Please provide proof that you work at the school as a teacher. Examples include:
– confirmation from the school
– a teacher ID
– a certificate of employment or proof of your position
– a copy of your employment contract or a payslip
For copies of an employment contract or payslip, your name, the school and the date just need to be visible. You can redact all other information (e.g. salary).
We’ll issue the invoice to the school. Please enter the school as the billing address during checkout.
Businesses
If you have a VAT identification number from an EU country, we’ll verify it before approval through the EU’s VIES VAT validation service. If you don’t have a VAT ID or your business is outside the EU, we’ll need other proof recognized by the tax office, such as a business registration, an excerpt from the commercial register or a certificate from the tax office.
How to apply for approval
Send us your proof by email to info@funduino.de or via our contact form (https://funduino.com/pages/contact). Please include the email address associated with your customer account. Once approved, “Invoice” will be available during checkout when you’re signed in to your customer account.
Payment term
The invoice amount is due in full within 14 days of receiving the invoice. We reserve the right to decline purchases on account on a case-by-case basis.
