Battery Act (BattG)

Notice pursuant to the Battery Act

As part of the sale of batteries or the delivery of devices containing batteries, we would like to draw your attention to the following in accordance with the Battery Act (BattG):

By law, batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. As the end user, you are required to return used batteries. Used batteries may contain harmful substances that can damage the environment or health if stored or disposed of improperly. At the same time, batteries contain important raw materials such as iron, zinc, manganese, and nickel, which can be recycled. After use, you can either return the used batteries supplied or sold by us to us, or dispose of them free of charge nearby (e.g., at retailers or municipal collection points). The environment and Funduino GmbH thank you for your cooperation.

In accordance with the Battery Act governing the return and disposal of used batteries, we are required to accept for disposal the new batteries from our product range that we sell or that are supplied with the devices we deliver. You can therefore, of course, return used batteries to us free of charge. Simply send the old batteries or rechargeable batteries to us together with a brief note (e.g., "Used Battery Disposal"):
