Product description

This slide block connects to an SBR16 rail to form a two-axis linear guide. The rollers enable low-friction longitudinal movement with high rigidity. Lubrication is not required.

For loads of up to 45 kg per block, the open design provides sufficient load capacity. Multiple blocks on one rail provide correspondingly greater load-bearing safety, for example when moving workpieces or building XY tables. The M5 holes allow tools or brackets to be attached directly.

The blocks work reliably in all planes, whether as a travel axis on a milling machine or as a guide element in laboratory setups. In model making, they are used to move camera sliders or position measuring instruments.

A suitable SBR16 rail of the appropriate length is required. The mounting holes must be matched to the fasteners of the target object. Dust or chips should be removed regularly to minimize wear.

This slide block is a mechanical guide element without a power supply and must not be connected directly to the power grid. It is intended exclusively for prototype, testing, and development setups. When working on installed linear axes with electric drives, ensure that all power sources are disconnected before performing maintenance or modifications.
