Product description
This learning module recreates assembly steps from vehicle production on a model scale. A robot arm with a suction gripper picks up body parts, moves them and places them down again. This provides hands-on experience with working with collaborative robots.
The module's components snap together without additional tools. The hood and trunk lid are held in position simply by placing them on the body. The two doors only become stable after magnets are inserted into the body. This creates a realistic small-scale assembly process.
The module is suitable for robotics training and education, making automated assembly processes easy to understand. Repeated practice cycles can be carried out without difficulty. By combining it with a perforated plate and other modules from this product line, different production scenarios can be created and represented sequentially.
A collaborative robot with an attached suction gripper tool is required. Compatibility with standard cobots is provided, although the exact suitability must be checked against the technical data of the available robot.
Safety information
This learning module is intended exclusively for training and educational purposes as well as development and testing tasks. When working with robot systems, all manufacturer specifications and safety regulations must be followed; in case of doubt, consult a qualified electrician before commissioning.
