Test module 9 V battery - for DOBOT and Universal Robots
Description
Product Overview
- Test module for powering Dobot robotic arms
- 9 V operating voltage via a standard battery
- Quick functional testing without a permanent power source
- Simplified project start for educational environments
Product Description
This test module enables Dobot robotic arms to be powered by a 9 V battery. It is used to check the robot's operating status without setting up a stationary power supply.
The battery voltage is fed directly to the robot's power supply interface. Since a 9 V battery has limited capacity, the module is suitable for short tests and initial commissioning, but not for extended operating hours during a project.
In educational settings, the test module enables quick functional tests on different robot units one after another. A mobile power source also helps with troubleshooting hardware failures by locating the fault without having to rebuild the entire setup.
Continuous operation requires a stable external power supply that provides the robotic arm with the required power over an extended period. The 9 V battery should be checked before each test or replaced regularly.
Safety Notice
This module is intended exclusively for building prototypes and for testing and development purposes. It is not intended for installation in the household electrical circuit. If you have questions about the correct power supply or operation of the Dobot system, consult a qualified electrician before commissioning.
