Description
The Robotics Add-on - photoelectric barrier with sockets for banana plugs and safety connection cable - is designed to transmit a voltage pulse to a robot as soon as an object appears within the sensor's measuring range.
The photoelectric barrier outputs a voltage (24V) to a robot controller. It is compatible with all robots equipped with a connection option for safety plug cables. An adapter is generally required for this. Examples of robots that can be equipped with an adapter for safety cables include: DOBOT E6, DOBOT CR3, Dobot CR5, Universal Robots UR3, Universal Robots UR5, Universal Robots UR7, etc.

Function
When an object is detected, the sensor passes the voltage applied to the red socket through to the yellow socket.
If no object is detected, the output carries a low voltage level (GND)
