Product Description
The transparent PE compressed-air hose is suitable for transporting compressed air in workshops, laboratory setups, and pneumatic test assemblies. The hose is supplied by the meter, cut to the required length, and connected using standard compressed-air push-in couplings.
The material is chemically resistant to many media and allows the flow to be visually monitored. The hose is supplied by the meter and requires cutting to length and fitting connection components by the customer. For stable, continuous operation, the maximum pressure of 10 bar must not be exceeded. The operating temperature is limited to the range from −20 to +60 °C.
In automated test systems, hoses of this type are used to control pneumatic cylinders, as well as in mobile compressor installations or for connecting compressed-air tools. Laboratory setups benefit from the transparency of the material, as contamination or blockages can be detected immediately. The hose is also suitable for food-processing operations, provided it is fitted with approved connection components.
An external compressed-air source is required for operation. The hose is supplied in 25 m rolls; remaining lengths can be stored for later projects. Push-in couplings and threaded fittings must be purchased separately.

Do not use this hose in compressed-air systems for domestic water supplies or gas-pipe installations. The hose is intended exclusively for constructing pneumatic test systems and compressed-air test systems.
