Product description
Plastic spacers keep circuit boards or assembly components at defined distances from one another. This set contains 180 pieces in two heights, 6 mm and 20 mm, making it ideal for realizing different assembly heights in prototyping. The material is self-extinguishing and therefore also suitable for test setups in the immediate vicinity of power supplies.
The M2 threads enable flexible combinations with standard fastening screws. Since plastic is used, electrolytic corrosion and potential equalization problems that can occur with metal spacers are eliminated. At the same time, assembly remains straightforward: insert the screw through the upper circuit board hole, attach the spacer, and screw it in from below.
The different heights enable staggered assembly scenarios, such as multilayer sensor module assemblies or enclosures with parallel levels. With 180 pieces, typical project assemblies can be carried out multiple times, including component repairs or modifications.
Suitable M2 fastening screws must be sourced separately. Clear sorting by height allows quick access during assembly.

Plastic spacers are intended exclusively for prototyping and test and development purposes. They are not suitable for installation in household electrical circuits or power distribution units. When fastening power supply modules or high-current assemblies, ensure that the permissible temperature range of the plastic is not exceeded.
