Product Description

This Class-D audio amplifier delivers stereo power for music playback through external speakers. The input signal is supplied via a standard audio jack, and each output can drive one speaker with an impedance of approximately 4 ohms. If higher power is required, both channels can be connected in parallel, providing around 10 W in mono operation.

The supply voltage between 4.5 and 24 V allows flexible integration with various power sources, from batteries and USB ports to dedicated power supplies. Lower voltages reduce the available power, while higher voltages enable stronger output levels without additional components. The amplifier switches off automatically when the input source is muted, reducing power consumption in standby mode.

The module can be used in portable audio devices such as battery-powered music boxes, robotics projects with sound output, as an audio stage for small displays or embedded systems, and in LED music visualizers that use volume levels to control lighting effects. It can also be used to drive alarm sirens or speakers in security systems.

Suitable power supply within the specified voltage range is sufficient for operation. The speakers should have an impedance of at least 4 ohms to prevent overload situations. If the source voltage is significantly higher than 24 V, a series resistor or switching regulator is recommended.
