Product description
This aluminum mount accommodates Nema-23 stepper motors and secures them with four M5 threaded holes. It is screwed directly onto the motor flange and aligns the motor with the mounted shaft or coupling.
The black anodized surface protects against corrosion and is also durable in harsh environments. The design supports axial loads of up to approximately 3 kg without requiring additional supports. A separate bearing support is required for significantly higher forces.
The mount is suitable for building XY tables in 3D printers, robot arm joints, or linear drives in automation projects where the motor is mounted from above or from the side. In all these cases, the rigid mounting contributes to positioning accuracy.
Only a wrench or hex key is required for installation. The motor's position relative to the rest of the mechanism must be determined before fastening, as the alignment can no longer be adjusted through the screw connection.
