Product description

The vertical pillow block bearing accommodates rotating shafts and absorbs axial forces acting on the shaft from above. It is used wherever a shaft is positioned vertically and its weight and external vertical loads must be safely supported.

The bearing seat is fastened to a structure with screws. The bearing itself holds the shaft in position without additional securing elements, as the design provides self-locking against displacement in the axial direction. The bore is available in several sizes to accommodate different shaft diameters.

Applications include gear systems with vertical shafts, pump drives, and tool spindles where the bearing location is mounted on or next to the machine bed. This bearing is also used in roller conveyors and rotating structural elements.
