Product description

This compact development board offers the functionality of a microcontroller in a minimal form factor. The Arduino-compatible architecture enables the use of the established development environment and a large collection of example code. The 5 V logic makes it compatible with common sensors, actuators, and expansion modules without additional level shifters.

The board is operated via an external 5 V power supply or receives its operating voltage through a USB-to-serial adapter during programming. The 14 digital inputs/outputs are used to control LEDs and relays or to read button and sensor signals. Six analog inputs capture continuous measured values such as voltages from temperature or light sensors.

The board is suitable for sensor data loggers, small control tasks in model building and robotics, weather station prototypes with multiple measurement modules, or simple display control via an interface. Its small size makes it particularly useful for portable projects and space-constrained designs.

A USB-to-serial adapter is required for programming if one is not already available separately. The power supply must be provided externally; a USB connection alone is not sufficient for continuous operation. For more complex tasks involving many time-critical operations, the board's processing speed and memory may impose limitations.

The development board is intended exclusively for building prototypes and for testing and development purposes and is not intended for installation in the household mains circuit.
