Product description
This food-grade silicone hose is suitable wherever liquids or gases may come into contact with food. The translucent design allows you to monitor the flow and fill levels without disassembly. The material remains flexible and pressure-resistant within a temperature range of −40 to +200 °C, covering both deep-freezing processes and hot-water lines.
Resistant to oils, fats, and organic solvents, the hose also withstands prolonged contact with alcohol and weak acids. FDA and BfR material certification guarantees its safety for direct food contact, making it suitable for applications in catering, beverage bottling, and household appliances. It is also odorless and flavor-neutral.
The hoses are available in multiple inside diameters and lengths, allowing them to be adapted to various piping systems or cut to size. UV-related wear can be avoided by storing them in shaded locations. Operation requires only a suitable connector, unless one is already available.
