Product description

The extension cable for JR servo connectors connects the servo to the controller over longer distances when the permanently installed connection cables are too short. The connector with a JR standard female connector and JR standard male connector fits all common JR-compatible servo connectors and can be disconnected at any time.

The cable can be easily routed between the servo housing and the controller connection, even in confined spaces in models or machines. The flat design allows flexible routing behind or alongside other components. Since the cable is already fully assembled, no soldering or crimping is required.

The extension cable is used in RC models with multiple servos when individual motors are positioned far away from the control transmitter, for example in aircraft models with servos in the wingtips or in land vehicles with a remotely positioned drive. It also greatly simplifies wiring in stationary setups such as robot arms or test configurations.

A controller or servo receiver with JR-compatible connectors and the appropriate power supply for the connected servo or servos are required. The appropriate wire cross-section depends on the current consumption and cable length of the servo being used.

Safety information

Reverse polarity will damage the servo and controller. Check the polarity markings on the plug and socket before connecting. The cable is intended exclusively for building prototypes and for testing and development purposes and is not suitable for installation in household electrical circuits.
