Product description

This brushless motor drives impeller pumps and compact axial fans. The rated voltage of 27 V requires a suitable power supply and a compatible speed controller with electronic commutation to operate the unit. The shaft diameter of 70 mm determines the coupling size for the driven impeller and fan.

The speed of up to 3900 rpm determines the maximum flow rate and airflow. The motor is suitable for cooling circuits in compact devices, portable spraying systems, and ventilation modules with limited installation space, where both space requirements and the permissible noise level are important. Brushless motors do not require maintenance-intensive carbon brushes and therefore last longer than conventional versions.

Operation requires a power supply module with at least 27 V DC that provides sufficient current depending on the continuous load. The external controller must be designed for brushless motors and process the commutation signals. The impeller or fan wheel must be mechanically coupled according to the manufacturer's specifications.
