Product Description

This T-shaped connector allows power wires to be branched without interrupting or exposing the existing wire. The contact penetrates the insulation and grips the conductor, creating a secure electrical connection. No soldering or time-consuming wire stripping is required.

The crimp contacts are form-fitting and hold the connected conductors securely in place over the long term. Installation does not damage the insulation. Depending on the version, several connection points are available, allowing branches to be made at different points along a wire.

This connector can be used wherever temporary or subsequent connections are needed without extensive installation work, such as in model making, test setups, or for quick repairs. In vehicle installations, it allows additional consumers to be supplied without modifying the original wiring. It is also a practical interim solution for tapping signals in existing wire harnesses.

These connectors are only suitable to a limited extent for permanent use in damp environments or under mechanical stress. The connection should be checked regularly and tightened if necessary. Not intended for use in household electrical installations.
